Cordelia's story takes place in the valley where she was born. There she learnt to fly in the skies above the valley, and it was there she learnt to find her voice and fight. Cordelia returns to the valley from the battle with Silas on the escarpment, not aware that she has been followed back into the lower valley by a cat.
